NY’s 4th Tree in The New Millennium

As of midnight, the State of New York is now honored for having four (4) trees selected in the new millennium for the Annual Lighting Ceremony at Rockefeller Center.

If you have been keeping track, you will also know that the height of The Tree is four feet taller than the one chosen five years ago in 2010 from Mahopac, NY.

To date, the State of Connecticut and the State of New Jersey is tied in having five (5) trees selected in the new millennium for the Annual Lighting Ceremony at Rockefeller Center so the State of New York has quite a bit of catching up to do.
