Decorating Your First Christmas Tree

You relocated to New York or is now on your own and will be celebrating Christmas with your very own tree. Here are a few things that will aid you in decorating your tree.

Go Easy
Once you have your tree, get just a bit of decoration to keep you happy for Christmas. When Christmas passes, the stores will be dropping their prices (1/2 in some cases) to make room for other inventory so this will be the perfect time to stock up on decorations for your tree and home while reducing the bills brought over into the New Year. If you can not make it to the store, don’t worry. Most stores have an online presence or the ability to take orders over the phone and will ship it to you. A few will “hold” the items in the store until you have a chance to pick them up but be warned, all sales may be final on your order.
