Trees Chosen for The Tree

The Tree for Rockefeller Center, should be a minimum of 65 feet (19 meters) tall, width proportional to height, and have a density so that one can barely see through it. There are also some intangible qualities Рa majesty about how The Tree holds its foliage, its branches and structure Рdark green, elegant and proud. When you see The Tree after its arrival by truck into to Rockefeller Plaza, you will know immediately why it was chosen.

About Stephan Pringle

After years of writing about the famous Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree on my Hackintosh and HackBook, I have evolved into the persona of The Tree Guy and I'll be here at least once a day to update you on the never-ending search for the perfect tree.
