Transporting The Tree to Manhattan

Everyone believes it is very hard getting The Tree to look perfect every year but the hardest part is getting it to Manhattan.

This is due to the fact that trees were not designed to be folded up and moved miles and miles to Manhattan on barges and trucks so when a Norway Spruce is selected for the Annual Ceremony, up to a week or more is spent at the location corsetting The Tree for transport to Rockefeller Plaza.
